She also holds a degree in Human Resource Management from the same University. As a Training Specialist she has delivered countless leadership and skilled development programs throughout the Caribbean and has worked extensively with leaders in various companies,

Ronald is an Educator, a Training and Development Specialist, and a Masters level Psychologist who has built a remarkable reputation for service quality and effective solutions. He is one of the most sought-after trainers in conducting diversity, team-building, and change management workshops in the region. He has done extensive training in post trauma counselling and has conducted many post traumatic interventions for hundreds of adults, adolescents and children who suffered post traumatic episodes and anger management issues. 

Ronald also has an ongoing group for batterers of domestic abuse situations. An accomplished lecturer and keynote speaker, Ronald has been the recipient of many accolades, particularly with his new series of presentations “Making Relationships Work” and “Managing from the Heart” which has broken new ground in organizations.

Cheryl is an experienced executive trainer and life coach who has spent over 30 years helping her clients build and maintain their personal and professional relationships.    As a trainer, with her forte being building and maintaining relationships it is no surprise that Emotional Intelligence (EI) is the cornerstone of her training services.

She has worked independently and with leading training consultancies to satisfy clients like Telecommunication Services of T&T, several Regional Corporations, the health, education and financial industries and the protective services. Her training and coaching success has also led to multiple speaking engagements locally, regionally, and internationally.

Cheryl has trained with Dale Carnegie Training Institute, The American Management Association, and the University of the West Indies. As a Dale Carnegie Instructor, she won various awards for excellent facilitation and outstanding leadership from the Dale Carnegie Board of Instruction in New York.   

 Lisa-Marie Carrington is the organization's administrative assistant with over five years of experience in providing exceptional support to executives and teams in fast-paced office environments. With a strong background in accounting, office management and organizational skills, Lisa-Marie has consistently demonstrated her ability to streamline operations and enhance productivity.

Throughout her career, she has held various administrative roles where she successfully managed schedules, coordinated meetings, and handled correspondence. Her attention to detail and proactive approach have earned her recognition as Employee of the Month on multiple occasions.
